Contact point under the Digital Services Act

• For users (Article 12 DSA) and for authorities of the EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 DSA): contact@fixovio.pl.
• Languages: Polish and English.
• Fixovio is a micro enterprise. Under Articles 15(2), 19 and 29 DSA it is therefore exempt from publishing transparency reports and from most of the additional obligations for online platforms. Fixovio nevertheless provides an internal appeal system and human moderation for all reports.

Workshop subscriptions and payments

Drivers use Fixovio free of charge. Workshops pay a monthly subscription of PLN 220 net plus tax. The subscription is sold by Stripe, as the seller (merchant of record) under Stripe Managed Payments; the seller named on receipts and invoices is Link, LLC, a Stripe group company; Stripe charges the payment, adds the tax and issues receipts and invoices. Details are in Annex A to the Business Terms.

How workshops are ranked

Only workshops with an active subscription (including a free period under a promotional code) are listed; all pay the same price, and payment does not affect the order. By default, results are ranked using a relevance score based on three factors: (1) matching service categories (3 points for each selected category the workshop offers), (2) the workshop's average rating (1 point per star), and (3) distance (minus 1 point for every 2 km). You can also sort by distance or rating. Details are in the Terms of Service, section 14.

How reviews are verified

Only drivers who completed a visit booked through Fixovio can review a workshop, once per visit and within 60 days. Reviews are not checked before publication. Every report about a review is checked by a person.

Reporting content

Use the report button next to any Listing, photo, description, review or reply. You can also write to contact@fixovio.pl. Reports are handled under the Digital Services Act; see the Community & Review Guidelines.

Deleting your account

• In the app: in Fixovio, Account → Privacy & data → Delete account; in Fixovio Biz, More → Privacy & data → Delete account. Upcoming bookings, and a workshop you own with an active subscription, must be cancelled first. Deletion takes effect after 7 days; you can cancel it by signing in before then.
• Without the app: send an email to contact@fixovio.pl from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account without undue delay, within one month at the latest, and confirm by email.
• What is deleted and what is kept (for example, reviews stay as "Former customer", and a workshop's billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting law) is explained in the Privacy Policy.
• The 7-day cancellation period applies to account deletion started in the app. It does not limit your right to request erasure of personal data under the GDPR.

Complaints

Complaints about the service: contact@fixovio.pl or by post to the address above. We answer within 14 days. Consumers can also use out-of-court procedures, such as the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection; the register of these entities is kept by the President of UOKiK (uokik.gov.pl).
