These Business Terms are the contract between Fixovio and businesses that list their workshops on Fixovio. They include Annex A (Subscription & Billing), Annex B (Data Protection Agreement) and Annex C (Listing & Verification Rules). They are also the terms and conditions within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services ("P2B Regulation") and the terms of service required by the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

This document is a translation of the official Polish text, which is the binding version. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish text prevails.

1. Parties

1.1. Fixovio: SABTECH spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Góralska 5, 53-610 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001271091 (District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the KRS), NIP 8971980459, REGON 545903540, share capital PLN 5,000.00. Contact: contact@fixovio.pl.

1.2. The Business: the company, partnership or sole trader that registers a workshop in Fixovio Biz and accepts these Business Terms.

1.3. The person who accepts these Business Terms (the Owner) confirms that they are authorised to act for the Business. The Business is bound by the actions of its Owners and team members in Fixovio Biz.

2. Definitions

  • Fixovio Biz – the app and web panel for Businesses (including biz.fixovio.com).
  • Driver App – the Fixovio app for drivers.
  • Workshop – a location of the Business offering car repair or maintenance services, registered in Fixovio Biz.
  • Listing – the Workshop's public profile in the Driver App.
  • Driver – a user of the Driver App.
  • Booking – a reservation of a time slot at the Workshop made by a Driver, or entered manually by the Business.
  • Subscription – the paid monthly plan described in Annex A.
  • Stripe – Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Dublin, Ireland) and the other companies of the Stripe group that take part in providing Stripe Managed Payments, including Link, LLC, the Stripe group company that sells the Subscription to the Business as the seller (merchant of record) and is named as the seller on receipts and invoices, as described in Annex A.
  • Promotional code – a code issued by Fixovio that gives a discount or free months on the Subscription (Annex A).
  • Visit report – the information the Business records in Fixovio Biz after a visit about what it found and did (section 6.6).
  • Team member – a person invited by the Owner as manager or mechanic.
  • Terms of Service – the terms for Drivers, available at app.fixovio.com.

3. What Fixovio provides

3.1. For the duration of an active Subscription (including a free period granted under a Promotional code), Fixovio provides:

  • a Listing of the Workshop in the Driver App (map, list, search) and the possibility for Drivers to book visits;
  • tools: calendar, bookings and requests, resources (bays, lifts, people), team management with up to 3 team members, replies to reviews, Visit reports and statistics.

3.2. Fixovio is an intermediary. Fixovio is not a party to contracts between the Business and Drivers, does not collect payments from Drivers, and does not guarantee any number of Bookings, views or revenue.

3.3. Fixovio offers no services of its own that compete with the Workshop's services.

3.4. Fixovio is responsible to the Business for providing the Listing and the tools. Stripe is responsible for the sale, payment, tax, receipts and invoices for the Subscription (Annex A).

4. Eligibility, account and verification

4.1. The Business must be a business registered in Poland (in the KRS or CEIDG), with an active NIP, providing car repair or maintenance services, as required by Annex C.

4.2. Each Workshop goes through verification before it is listed (Annex C). Fixovio checks the tax ID (NIP) in the Ministry of Finance's public register of VAT taxpayers, compares the company name and address, and checks the map location. Businesses that are not in that register (for example VAT-exempt businesses) are verified by a person on the basis of documents.

4.3. If all checks pass, the Workshop is approved automatically. If anything is unclear, a person reviews it and may ask for documents. A Workshop is never rejected automatically: only a person can reject it or ask for documents, and always with a written reason.

4.4. Fixovio may verify a Workshop again at any time, for example after a change of its data or a report.

4.5. The Business must keep its data true and up to date, keep its account credentials secure, and remove access for team members who leave.

5. Listing content

5.1. The Business is solely responsible for the content of its Listing (name, description, services, starting prices, opening hours, closures, contact details, photos) and for its accuracy and legality, including its duties as a trader towards consumers.

5.2. Prices are shown as starting prices ("from"). The Business must not show starting prices it does not actually offer.

5.3. Each Listing shows the Business's legal name and NIP, so that Drivers know who they contract with.

5.4. The Business grants Fixovio a free, non-exclusive licence, for the duration of these Business Terms and for the time needed to wind down after them, in the following fields of exploitation: storing, reproducing by any technique, entering into computer memory and networks, displaying and making publicly available in such a way that anyone can access it at a place and time of their choosing, and adapting (for example, resizing or cropping) its Listing content, including showing its name and photos in the Driver App, on Fixovio's websites and in materials promoting Fixovio. The Business confirms that it holds the rights to the content and that people shown in photos have agreed to the dissemination of their image.

5.5. Annex C sets out what may and may not be published.

6. Bookings and the Business's duties towards Drivers

6.1. Contracts for repairs and services are concluded directly between the Business and the Driver. The Business is responsible for its services, prices, invoices, warranties and complaints, and for complying with consumer law.

6.2. The Business chooses its booking mode (instant, request or walk-in) and its booking rules (cancellation cut-off, lead time, booking horizon, request window, maximum bookings per Driver per day). These rules are shown to Drivers and enforced by the software.

6.3. The Business must honour confirmed Bookings. If it has to cancel or move a Booking, it must do so in Fixovio Biz as early as possible, so that the Driver is notified.

6.4. The Business may mark a Booking as missed only if the Driver did not arrive. Fixovio imposes no penalty on Drivers for missed visits, and the Business may not charge Drivers through Fixovio.

6.5. The Business uses the personal data of Drivers only as described in Annex B.

6.6. Visit reports. After a visit, the Business may record in Fixovio Biz what it found and did (the part of the car, the result, how urgent it was, a short note and the final price). Visit reports can be changed for 30 days after the visit. The Business must not include personal data in the free-text note (in particular names, phone numbers or licence plates). The Business agrees that Fixovio may use Visit reports, also after these Business Terms end, to provide and improve the Service, in particular to compare them with Drivers' Car checks and to improve the accuracy of the Car check and the sound analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Team members

7.1. The Owner may invite team members as managers or mechanics, within the seats included in the Subscription. Team members use their own accounts and accept the Terms of Service.

7.2. The Business is responsible for its team members' actions in Fixovio Biz as for its own, and for their confidentiality (Annex B).

8. Reviews

8.1. Only Drivers who completed a visit booked through Fixovio can review the Workshop. The Business cannot delete or edit reviews. It can publish one public reply per review, and report reviews that break the rules.

8.2. The Business must not write reviews of its own Workshop or of competitors, ask anyone to do so, or offer rewards for reviews or for changing or removing them.

9. Ranking

9.1. Only Workshops with an active Subscription (including a free period granted under a Promotional code) are listed. All listed Workshops pay the same price. Payment has no influence on ranking; there are no paid, promoted or boosted positions. A Promotional code affects only the price of the Subscription, not the ranking.

9.2. Main parameters of the default order ("Relevance"), in order of relative importance:

  • match between the service categories the Driver selected and the Workshop's categories (3 points per matching category);
  • the Workshop's average rating (1 point per star);
  • distance from the Driver or the map area (minus 1 point per 2 km).

9.3. Drivers can also sort by distance or by rating, and filter by category, "open now", "free slot today", minimum rating and name. A Business improves its position mainly by offering the services Drivers look for and by receiving good reviews.

9.4. Fixovio applies the same ranking parameters to all Businesses. There is no paid or commercial influence on ranking.

9.5. If Fixovio changes the ranking parameters, it will update this section and inform Businesses in advance (section 16).

10. Access to data

10.1. The Business has access to: the data of its own Bookings (Driver's name, phone number, vehicle, notes and any attached Car check), its Visit reports, its reviews and replies, the status of its Subscription and its receipts and invoices, and statistics about its Workshop (impressions, views, taps on call, directions, website and share, booking starts, Bookings and reviews), as counts without personal data.

10.2. The Business has no access to: data of other Workshops, Drivers' data beyond its own Bookings, or Drivers' contact details obtained through Fixovio for marketing purposes.

10.3. Fixovio has access to all data provided through Fixovio Biz and the Driver App, and uses it to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Fixovio does not share the Business's data with other Businesses. Fixovio receives from Stripe the data needed to keep the Subscription status up to date (for example payment status, invoice amounts and refunds); it does not receive card numbers.

10.4. After the contract ends, the Business may export its data before the Workshop is closed by contacting contact@fixovio.pl. Booking data is anonymised 3 years after each visit.

11. Fees

11.1. The Listing and tools are provided against the Subscription fee in Annex A. Fixovio may issue Promotional codes that give free months or a discount (Annex A). There is no automatic free trial.

12. Suspension and termination

12.1. Termination by the Business. The Business may cancel its Subscription at any time (Annex A). The Listing stays active until the end of the paid period. The Business may also delete the Workshop and its account.

12.2. Termination by Fixovio with notice. Fixovio may terminate these Business Terms for a Workshop with 30 days' notice, giving the reasons on a durable medium (email), for example where the Business persistently breaches these Business Terms, or Fixovio discontinues or substantially changes the Service. During the notice period the Listing stays active, renewals stop and nothing more is charged; if the paid period ends earlier, the Listing continues free of charge until the termination date.

12.3. Immediate suspension. Fixovio may suspend a Workshop immediately (remove it from the map and block new Bookings) if:

  • the Business provided false or misleading data, including in verification, or the NIP is no longer active;
  • the Business or its team members commit fraud, or deceive Drivers;
  • the Business publishes illegal content, or content that seriously breaches Annex C;
  • the Business manipulates reviews (fake reviews, rewards, pressure on Drivers);
  • the Business uses Drivers' personal data unlawfully or for purposes not allowed by Annex B;
  • the Business threatens or harasses Drivers or Fixovio staff;
  • the Business attacks or abuses the Service, its security or its limits;
  • Fixovio is required to do so by law or by an authority;
  • there is a credible risk to the safety of Drivers.

12.4. Termination without notice. Fixovio may terminate immediately in the cases of section 12.3 if the breach is serious or repeated, or if the Business was already warned about it.

12.5. In every case of suspension or termination, Fixovio gives the Business the reasons by email and in Fixovio Biz, before or at the time it takes effect (for termination with notice: at least 30 days before), except where the law or an authority prohibits it. Existing Bookings remain valid unless the Driver or the Business cancels them.

12.6. The Business can contest a suspension or termination from Fixovio Biz or by email (section 13). Fixovio will review the decision and, if it was wrong, lift the suspension or withdraw the termination without undue delay.

12.7. When Fixovio suspends or terminates, it also stops or cancels the Subscription at Stripe. Refunds on termination are governed by Annex A.

13. Complaints

13.1. The Business may make complaints about the Service, about Fixovio's compliance with the P2B Regulation, about technical problems, and about suspension or termination, by email to contact@fixovio.pl or from Fixovio Biz.

13.2. Fixovio considers complaints promptly, at the latest within 14 days, and informs the Business of the outcome.

13.3. Complaints about payment, tax, receipts, invoices or refunds may also be made to Stripe under its terms. Fixovio will help the Business where it can.

13.4. Fixovio is a micro enterprise and is therefore not required to name mediators under Article 12 of the P2B Regulation. The parties will nevertheless try to settle disputes amicably, and may agree on mediation in an individual case.

14. Liability

14.1. To the extent permitted by law, Fixovio is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

14.2. Fixovio is not liable for:

  • lost profits or lost revenue;
  • the number of Bookings, views or reviews, or the Workshop's position in the results;
  • Drivers' conduct, including missed visits, cancellations and reviews;
  • breaks in the Service, especially those caused by maintenance, third-party providers (including Stripe) or events beyond Fixovio's reasonable control;
  • loss of data the Business could have kept itself.

14.3. To the extent permitted by law, Fixovio's total liability towards the Business is limited to the net amount (excluding taxes) paid for the Subscription of the Workshop concerned in the 12 months before the event causing the damage.

14.4. The limitations in this section do not apply to damage caused intentionally.

14.5. The Business indemnifies Fixovio against claims of Drivers, authorities and third parties arising from the Business's services, its Listing content, its use of personal data or its breach of these Business Terms, and will cover the costs and damages Fixovio reasonably incurs because of them, provided that Fixovio informs the Business of the claim without undue delay and allows it to take part in the defence.

15. Intellectual property and confidentiality

15.1. Fixovio and its licensors own all rights to the Service, the apps and the Fixovio name and brand. The Business receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fixovio Biz for the duration of these Business Terms.

15.2. Both parties keep confidential any non-public information about the other party that they learn in connection with these Business Terms, during the contract and for 3 years after it.

16. Changes to these Business Terms

16.1. Fixovio may change these Business Terms, including the Annexes, for important reasons: changes in law or of an authority's decision, new, changed or removed features, security or abuse prevention, or changes in how the Service is provided or in its costs (including changes in the terms of payment providers).

16.2. Fixovio informs Businesses of proposed changes on a durable medium (email) and in Fixovio Biz at least 15 days before they take effect, or longer if the Business needs more time to adapt technically. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance (Annex A).

16.3. The Business may terminate these Business Terms before the change takes effect, by cancelling its Subscription and deleting its Workshop; termination takes effect within 15 days of receiving the notice. After the change takes effect, Fixovio Biz asks the Owner to accept the new version.

16.4. The notice period does not apply where Fixovio must change the Business Terms to comply with the law or an authority's decision within a shorter period, or to address an unforeseen and imminent danger of fraud, malware, spam, data breaches or other security risks.

17. Communication

17.1. Fixovio communicates with the Business by email to the Owners' email addresses, and in Fixovio Biz. Stripe sends receipts, invoices and payment messages to the billing email address given at checkout. The Business must keep these up to date.

18. Law, courts and language

18.1. These Business Terms are governed by Polish law.

18.2. Disputes are decided by the common court competent for Fixovio's registered office (Wrocław).

18.3. If the Business is a sole trader for whom, as shown by CEIDG, this contract is not of a professional nature, the provisions of Polish law that protect consumers in such cases apply, and section 18.2 and the limitations in section 14 do not limit their rights.

18.4. These Business Terms are available in Polish and English. The Polish version is binding.

19. Final provisions

19.1. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.

19.2. These Business Terms are available at app.fixovio.com and in Fixovio Biz at all times, including before registration, where they can be saved or printed.

19.3. These Business Terms take effect on 10 November 2026.

Annex A – Subscription & Billing

A.1 Plan

Item Value
Plan Monthly listing subscription
Includes Listing on the map and in search, online Bookings and calendar, Visit reports, statistics and reviews, up to 3 team members
Price PLN 220.00 net per month, plus the tax shown at checkout
Seller Stripe, as merchant of record under Stripe Managed Payments
Free months Only under a Promotional code (A.6); there is no automatic free trial

A.2 Who sells the Subscription

A.2.1. The Subscription is sold to the Business by Stripe, acting as the seller (merchant of record) under Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe runs the checkout, charges the payment method, calculates and charges the tax, issues receipts and invoices, and handles refund requests and payment disputes, under its own terms, which the Business accepts at checkout. Stripe then pays Fixovio.

A.2.2. Fixovio provides the Listing and the tools under these Business Terms. Activation, renewal and ending of the Subscription at Stripe decide whether the Workshop is listed.

A.2.3. Under Stripe Managed Payments, the seller named on receipts and invoices is Link, LLC, a Stripe group company. Link's details and the terms of the sale are shown to the Business in Stripe Checkout before payment.

A.3 Price and tax

A.3.1. The Price is PLN 220.00 net per month. Stripe adds the tax applicable to the Business (for example VAT) at checkout and shows the total before payment.

A.3.2. Fixovio may change the Price with at least 30 days' notice on a durable medium (email), also shown in Fixovio Biz. The new Price applies from the first renewal on or after the date of the change. If the Business does not accept the new Price, it may cancel the Subscription before that renewal at no extra cost.

A.3.3. Changes in the tax rate or tax rules are applied by Stripe and are not a change of the Price.

A.4 Payment

A.4.1. The Subscription is paid in advance for each month, by the payment methods offered in Stripe Checkout (for example a card, Google Pay or Apple Pay).

A.4.2. Payment takes place only on Stripe's pages, reached from the web version of Fixovio Biz or from links Fixovio sends to the Owners by email. Payment data is entered directly with Stripe and never reaches Fixovio.

A.4.3. By subscribing, the Business authorises Stripe to charge the payment method automatically each month until the Subscription is cancelled, under the terms shown in Stripe Checkout.

A.4.4. Only Owners may pay, change the payment method, open the billing portal, cancel or resume the Subscription.

A.5 Renewal and failed payments

A.5.1. The Subscription renews automatically each month, on the same day of the month as it started (or the last day of a shorter month), until it is cancelled.

A.5.2. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for up to 2 weeks. The Listing stays visible for 5 days after the failed renewal. If the payment is still unsuccessful after 5 days, the Listing is hidden until the payment succeeds. If it does not succeed within 2 weeks, the Subscription ends; the Business may subscribe again at any time.

A.6 Promotional codes

A.6.1. Fixovio may issue Promotional codes that give free months or a discount. Each code shows its conditions (for example the discount, the duration, the expiry date and the number of uses).

A.6.2. A code that gives free months may be used once per NIP. Any other code may be used once per NIP per code.

A.6.3. After the free months end, the Subscription continues at the Price unless the Business cancels it before then.

A.7 Cancellation and refunds

A.7.1. The Business may cancel at any time in Fixovio Biz or in the Stripe billing portal. The Listing stays active until the end of the paid month, and the cancellation can be undone until then.

A.7.2. If the Business cancels while a payment is overdue, the Subscription ends immediately and the Listing is hidden.

A.7.3. Fixovio does not refund a month that has started, except:

  • billing errors (for example a double or wrong charge): the incorrect amount is refunded in full;
  • termination by Fixovio without fault of the Business (section 12.2 when the reason is not a breach by the Business): the unused paid days are refunded pro rata on the termination date.

A.7.4. Stripe may also handle refund requests under its own terms.

A.7.5. No refund is due from Fixovio for termination or suspension caused by a breach by the Business (sections 12.3–12.4).

A.7.6. Refunds are made through Stripe to the payment method used. Stripe issues any related documents under its terms.

A.8 Receipts and invoices

A.8.1. Receipts and invoices for the Subscription are issued by Stripe and sent to the billing email address. They are also available in Fixovio Biz (Receipts & invoices) and in the Stripe billing portal. Fixovio does not issue invoices for the Subscription.

A.8.2. The Business must give correct billing details at checkout and keep them up to date in the Stripe billing portal.

A.8.3. Receipts and invoices show the billing details the Business gives at checkout, including its company name and tax ID (NIP) where given. Stripe determines and charges the tax that applies to the sale (for example VAT, or no VAT where the reverse-charge mechanism applies) under the applicable tax rules.

Annex B – Data Protection Agreement

B.1 Roles

B.1.1. Fixovio is a controller of the data of Drivers, Owners and team members that it processes to run the Service (accounts, Bookings in the Driver App, reviews, Visit reports, moderation, Subscription records, security), as described in the Privacy Policy.

B.1.2. The Business is an independent controller of the Drivers' data it receives with Bookings (name, phone number, vehicle, notes, attached Car check), for the purpose of preparing and performing its services and settling them. The Business decides how it uses this data in its own operations and is responsible for that under the GDPR, including informing Drivers where required.

B.1.3. Fixovio is a processor for the Business for the data the Business enters itself about its own customers (manual Bookings and blocks with customer names and phone numbers, notes added by the Business). Section B.3 applies to this processing.

B.1.4. Stripe processes the payment and billing data of the Business and its Owners as an independent controller (or, where several Stripe group companies are involved, as independent controllers) under Stripe's privacy notice (stripe.com/privacy).

B.2 Business's obligations as controller

B.2.1. The Business uses Drivers' data received through Fixovio only to handle the Booking and the service, to contact the Driver about it, and to meet its legal obligations (for example invoices and warranties).

B.2.2. The Business must not use this data for marketing unless it has obtained the Driver's separate consent itself, and must not sell it or pass it to others, except to its own service providers or where the law requires it.

B.2.3. The Business ensures that only team members who need the data have access to it, that they are bound by confidentiality, and that the devices used for Fixovio Biz are protected (screen lock, current software). Push notifications may show the Driver's first name and initial on the device's lock screen.

B.2.4. The Business informs Fixovio without undue delay, and at the latest within 48 hours, of any personal data breach concerning personal data received through Fixovio that may affect the Service or Fixovio's obligations.

B.2.5. When the Business records a Visit report, it provides Fixovio with information about the Driver's visit. The Business does so on the basis of these Business Terms and must not include in the note any personal data beyond what the form asks for.

B.3 Processing on behalf of the Business (Article 28 GDPR)

B.3.1. Subject and duration: Fixovio processes personal data entered by the Business in Fixovio Biz (including calendar entries, manual bookings, blocks and notes) for the purpose of providing the Fixovio Biz service, enabling the Business to manage its bookings and calendar, and storing and displaying the relevant information to the Business. Processing continues for the duration of these Business Terms, subject to the deletion and retention rules set out in B.3.8.

B.3.2. Nature of the processing: storing, organising, displaying, sending notifications and deleting. Categories of data subjects and data: the Business's customers who book outside the Driver App; their name, phone number, vehicle and notes.

B.3.3. Fixovio processes this data only on the Business's documented instructions, which are these Business Terms and the Business's use of Fixovio Biz, including with regard to transfers outside the EEA, unless the law requires otherwise (in which case Fixovio informs the Business, unless the law prohibits it). Fixovio informs the Business immediately if, in its opinion, an instruction infringes data protection law.

B.3.4. Fixovio ensures that people authorised to process the data are bound by confidentiality, and applies the security measures described in the Privacy Policy, including encryption in transit, access control and audit logs (Article 32 GDPR).

B.3.5. Sub-processors: the Business gives general authorisation to Fixovio to use sub-processors: hosting and file storage (Railway, EU region), email delivery (Resend, EU region), push notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) and IT service providers working for Fixovio. The current list is in the Privacy Policy (app.fixovio.com/legal/privacy). Fixovio informs the Business of intended changes by email at least 14 days in advance; the Business may object for justified reasons and, if no solution is found, terminate these Business Terms. Fixovio imposes the same data-protection obligations on each sub-processor and remains liable for them.

B.3.6. Fixovio assists the Business, taking into account the nature of the processing, in answering data subjects' requests and in meeting its obligations under Articles 32–36 GDPR.

B.3.7. Fixovio notifies the Business of a personal data breach concerning this data without undue delay, at the latest within 48 hours of becoming aware of it.

B.3.8. After the end of these Business Terms, Fixovio stops making this data available in Fixovio Biz and stops processing it for the Business's purposes. Within 90 days of the end, the Business may ask for an export of it. Fixovio then deletes or anonymises the data, except where Union or Polish law requires it to be kept (for example for tax or accounting purposes) or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; in those cases it is kept only for as long as necessary and used only for that purpose. In any case, Booking data is anonymised at the latest 3 years after each visit.

B.3.9. Fixovio makes available to the Business the information necessary to demonstrate compliance, and allows audits by the Business or an auditor bound by confidentiality, announced at least 30 days in advance, no more than once a year (except after a personal data breach or at the request of a supervisory authority), at the Business's cost, in a way that does not disrupt the Service or disclose other customers' data.

B.3.10. Personal data is generally processed in the European Economic Area. Some service providers may process personal data outside the EEA. Any such transfer complies with Chapter V GDPR and is based on an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable) or on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Annex C – Listing & Verification Rules

C.1 Who may be listed

  • Businesses registered in Poland that provide car repair, maintenance, tyre or related services at a physical location.
  • The Business must have an active NIP and be entered in the KRS or CEIDG. If it appears in the Ministry of Finance's register of VAT taxpayers, verification can be automatic; otherwise (for example if it is VAT-exempt) it provides documents proving its registration.

C.2 Verification

C.2.1. Fixovio checks: the NIP in the register; that the company name and address match the register; and that the map pin is within 500 m of the address.

C.2.2. Fixovio may ask for documents: an extract from the business register (KRS or CEIDG), a document showing the NIP and address, or a photo of the workshop sign. Documents are stored securely and viewed only by authorised staff.

C.2.3. Approval does not mean that Fixovio confirms the quality of the Workshop's services.

C.3 What the Listing must contain

  • the Workshop's real name, address and map location;
  • real opening hours, with closures entered in advance where possible;
  • the services actually offered, with honest starting prices and durations;
  • working contact details.

C.4 What must not be published

  • false or misleading information, including fake prices, fake certifications or brand authorisations the Business does not have;
  • photos the Business has no right to use, or photos showing people who have not agreed, other people's licence plates, or personal data;
  • content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or violent;
  • advertising for other businesses, links to unrelated websites, or contact details of third parties;
  • statements about competitors.

C.5 Consequences

Content that breaks these rules may be removed after a report (section 8 and the Community & Review Guidelines). Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination (section 12).
