# Fixovio

> Fixovio is a car app for drivers in Poland and a booking tool for car workshops. Drivers check their car by recording the engine sound (analysed on the phone), see what to look at and how urgent it is, find verified workshops nearby on a map and book a visit online. Workshops get a listing on the Fixovio map, a calendar with bays, online bookings and visit reports for 220 zł net per month + VAT.

## For drivers (Fixovio app, iOS and Android, free)

- Car check: record the engine sound and answer a few questions. The sound is analysed on the phone. The result shows categories (e.g. brakes, engine, suspension) and urgency (OK / soon / urgent). It is a hint, not a mechanic's diagnosis.
- Engine recordings are kept only with the driver's consent, can be deleted or stopped at any time in Settings, and never include the driver's name, email or plate.
- Workshop map: verified workshops nearby with distance, opening hours and reviews. Every listing shows the company that operates it and its tax ID (NIP).
- Online booking: pick a free time, add notes and attach the car check. The workshop sees the driver's name, phone number, vehicle, notes and the attached car check.
- Reviews are public and show the first name and last initial (e.g. "Jan K.").
- Account deletion: in the app or by email to contact@fixovio.pl from the account's address. Details: https://app.fixovio.com/legal/delete-account

## For workshops (Fixovio Biz, iOS, Android and web)

- Price: 220 zł net per month + VAT added at checkout. One plan, all features, team accounts included. Monthly, cancel any time; the listing stays visible until the end of the paid month.
- No automatic free trial. Free months only with promo codes (a free-period code once per tax ID).
- Payment: by card on Stripe's page, from the web panel (https://biz.fixovio.com) or an emailed link. The seller (merchant of record) is Link, Stripe's payment service, which issues receipts and invoices. The mobile apps show the subscription status only.
- Failed payment: the listing stays visible for 5 days; the payment is retried for 2 weeks, then the subscription ends.
- Features: calendar with bays and time blocks (one bay or the whole workshop), instant bookings or requests with "propose another time", car check results inside bookings, visit reports (result, area, urgency, note, price; editable for 30 days), roles for owner, manager and mechanic (only owners manage payments).
- Verification: the business is checked before it is listed. VAT-exempt workshops not found in the VAT register are reviewed manually with a KRS or CEIDG extract.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
